The Attack came two weeks after the murders of two Swedes on the island Reports said a masked man broke into the Black Rock Dreams guesthouse where two couples were staying. Trinidad's British High Commission spokesman James Dolan said officials were working with police but declined to provide details about the attack. A Foreign Office spokesman said: "We are aware that an assault took place in Tobago and are offering consular assistance." The owner of the holiday apartments was quoted as saying the bandit was carrying a 10-inch knife and acted "in a very professional manner". He told a local newspaper: "The women were assaulted by the man several times. He was masked, wearing camouflage three-quarter pants, gardening gloves and boots. "He spoke in a very calm voice but acted aggressively. At one time he pushed one of the females with his hand. She fell and hit her head to the floor." The bandit, who is said to be in his 20s, left after one of the males faked a heart attack. The Foreign Office is urging travellers to be cautious and to stay in hotels with tight security measures including a 24-hour guard. .
