An estimated 800 000 people from Creole countries live in the UK.
Menm Biten Menm Bagay" (MBMB) UK opens Black History Month with its 7th Creole Day to promote Creole cultures,
a vibrant mix of African heritage with European influences.

Creole Day 2008 is special in two ways
First, it coincides with MBMB 10th anniversary.
More than ten counties will be reunited to take you on a day-trip full of the colours, sounds, flavours, and fragrances from several corners of the Creole world.
Most importantly, Creole Day 2008 is an opportunity to
launch an appeal to support Haiti, one of the most deprived Creole countries, who was recently devastated by a series of storms.
Haiti
MBMB will contribute to Haiti relief effort by making a £1 donation on each Creole Day entrance ticket.
MBMB chose GCOM to donate the various donations collected on the day.
